Delivery
A national courier service will be used to dispatch your items. Please be advised that due to restrictions with their insurance, the courier will only be able to deliver to your front door or the main entrance to the building should you live in a flat, and will not be able to take this any further.
The delivery will be made to your address between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched same day if placed before 13:00 and any orders submitted after this time or over the weekend, will be sent on the following working day for next day delivery. Please ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address between these times to accept receipt of your item.
In addition, we are unable to organise a delivery on a Saturday or request a time slot with the courier for them to deliver your item. As we are sure that you will appreciate, given that the courier service is a separate entity, we are unable to organise for the driver to call you before they arrive. Please do not request a time for your delivery as we will be unable to provide this.
Aquarium & Terrarium Delivery
This is a kerbside pallet delivery (at least 2 people will be needed to off-load depending on tank size).
Economy service is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm- Delivery outside of these hours may be subject to an additional fee and local depot availability.
Do not under any circumstances sign for delivery without checking the glass first.
