We are currently trialling importing fish direct rather than using wholesalers. This lowers the stress levels on the fish and also lowers the price. A saving that we can then pass onto our customers. We do not know how popular this will be so will just have to play it by ear. The more people we can get to order, the quicker the fish can be delivered, so get spreading the word.
