Aquarium Fishes of the World : This book contain but covers needs for information about general species of fish and contains all the species one might encounter at a pet store and more.
Nature Aquarium World : The third book in the series and by far the best. The pictures are wonderful and well presented. Takashi uses so many plants, it's often difficult to distingiush which plants are what, but this doesn't stop you from loving the book.
Aquarium Corals Selection, Husbandry and Natural History : This book is the most up to date manual of coral husbandry I have yet come across. It provides in one volume a valuable guide to a wide range of commonly available corals, saving hours of browsing time on the web.
Fish Behavior in the Aquarium and in the Wild : An awesome book, fascinating stuff, very well written. Science interspersed with humour. An excellent, informative and easy read.
Aquarium Atlas Volume 1 : Quite simply the best on the market, from both a hobbyist, retailer's and breeder's point of view. Can be used both by the beginner and the experienced.
