  FRAUD WARNING FRANK NELSON & JON HORWOOD not to be trusted

Description: This guy was advertising L046 Zebra plecs on here around 26-27 Jan 2013 and apparently he says he is from Wales...When I made a payment to his PayPal account it shows as JON HORWOOD he said this is his brother-in-laws account, he asked me to retract the payment and make a further higher payment which I refused...He says he is unable to access the money because there is a problem with PayPal!!
It appears that his Ads have dissapeared from here. Please keep an eye out and be careful as Frank Nelson & Jon Horwood are probably the same person!!
PS. To date no fish have arrived or monies returned!!
