up our livestock rooms for you to browse.
We hope you understand the logistics of having several rooms
containing livestock means that we have to have some strict rules.
• Masks must be worn, and hands sanitised on entering the
shop.
• We ask that only 1 household of a maximum 3 people can
be in each room at any time.
• Feel free to turn up and queue or contact us to book a 15
minute appointment. (we will confirm all bookings)
• Appointments will have priority over walk-ins
• Please let us know if you can’t make your appointment, any
no-shows will not be given another appointment ( however
counter service will still be available)
• We ask that customers do not touch any products to help us
with cleaning.
• Customers who only want dry goods will be served at the
counter as before.
We still encourage you to order ahead to collect if you know what
you want.
Anyone not observing these rules, will be asked to return to the counter
for service.

We do not believe in using the post or couriers who have no aquatic knowledge and where boxes are left in cold warehousing overnight.
At the end of the day we have been Aquarists for over 50 years and place the health and well-being of all our livestock before everything else!! We hope our customers continue to travel to us to hand pick their fish personally!!
