Oscar trouble

Description: i Have a oscar which is 16 and a half inch he is with a sail-fin pleco which is 19 inch and another sail-fin pleco which is 14 inch my oscar is always bored i have got a dummy ping pong ball golf ball air stones i buy him a new plant and ornament each week change his food gravel and filters regularly i cant find him a mate because he always kills it what should i do please suggest something he is always sick of his life and it makes me feel bad i would try anything
