Rena Aqualife 200 Complete Set Up

Description: Hi there, and welcome to our sale of our much loved Aquarium, which to be quite honest is something we never wanted to sell. Its given us much pleasure, and is all top-of-the-range equipment but we are moving on the 22nd May and our new house just does not have the room as it is a small cottage in the country.

This is on ebay, and I have put the link below just in case you'd like to see some more pictures.

We have thought long and hard about trying to keep the tank, or even changing to a smaller one, but in the end its just not going to work and sadly it must go.

Other people have been selling complete set-ups, so hopefully somebody will want to take on our fishy friends and give them a good home for a few years yet.

So, here's what you get.... are you sitting comfortably?

Rena Aqualife 200 Aquarium, its 36in x 18in x 18in, and just short of 200-litres. These were widely accepted as the Rolls-Royce of aquariums and cost over £500.00 as I remember (2-years old).
Rena Large external canister filter with all media (all mature), plus additional water polishing fine media
Rena 200Watt smart heaters (2), one old one that I keep as spare, and one less than a month old which is in the tank
2 x Hydor Powerheads to maintain water flow and gas distribution (river fish like a bit of water movement)
Complete CO2 diffusion system, with spare glass bubble makers and spare CO2 cylinder. Again, I changed this in April, so it is more or less brand new
Over-tank light bar with 4 x T5 36inch tubes - yes, once again, this was purchased in April so is "as new" I have 2 x daylight and 2 x flora bulbs fitted
Brand new Airpod with controllable dual feeds
Eheim Automatic Fish Feeder, still boxed never used (bought in anticipation of our holiday later this year)

In the aquarium, you will see that it is fully planted with about £100.00 worth of very healthy aquatic plants...
A large piece of bogwood
2 x Large blocks of slate rock
3 x Guppys
5 x Neon Tetra
5 x Orange Mollys
3 x Panda Mollys
2 x Clown Loaches
8 x Cardinal Tetra
1 x Red Tail Shark (who hides lots, and we call Grumpy)
3 x Algae Shrimp (they're in there somewhere)
There's also 2-little silver fish that we've had for years, and came from our old tank. No idea what they are, but they're a funny pair and play around a lot
High grade pewter sand

Not on the tank, but also supplied is the original Rena 2 x T8 light-bar (fits within the tank) and the original aluminium lid with feeding hatch.

Everything is mounted on a matching beech stand, which is in perfect condition

We also have every chemical, additive, fertiliser and food you can think of, most of which is unopened.... algae scrapers, nets... you name it...

Basically, this is everything you need for a very healthy and happy, fully planted tropical aquarium.... I only wish we knew of a way to keep it, but I just hope that somebody who appreciates it as much as us buys it.

There are a couple of very light marks on the front glass, but you cant see them unless you are close up and I was planning on polishing them out with a kit in the summer.

Anyway, this is collection only, so maybe you'd like to pop around for a look?

I haven't put a price up, as quite frankly I have no idea how to put a value on it - but please drop us a line, or give us a call if you have a figure in mind - we are very open to reasonable offers.
