juwel rio 300 complete cichlid setup

Description: hi there i have got a complete cichlids set up
right then where to start.

the tank and stand is a 4ft 350 litre juwel rio 300
its got the normal.
heater
and air pump

external tetratec ex2400 filter

4 ft aqua medic metal halide light

25kg of ocean rock
25kg of coral sand
loads of other rocks a peace of bogwood
loads of other little bits and bobs in there

right onto the fish

4 yellow lab and 2 babys
2 convicts breeding pair
breeding pair tropheops red cheeks
taiwan reef and a small female
severum
2 blue malawis breeding pair
2 other fish that are breeding pairs
1 jewel cichlid
2 big massive cichlids that r about 8 inch long they are a breeding pair
about 20 2 inch long malawi
2 clown loaches
1 bristlenose plec.
