They are all sold as seen. Some were in use until recently, others will need o-rings, impellers, parts, a few might not work (an obvious example is the Eheim 2017 which has been dropped and the head is cracked, but might have some useful parts). They might have been used on cold water, tropical or marine systems.
I have a big box of hoses/taps/attachments etc which you are welcome to, but probably not enough bits for all the filters.
I would imagine the majority of these filters either work or can be made to work. But sold as spares/repair
Could make a few £ cleaning up to re-sell.
