Cleair 175L tank with stand, fish and accessories £400

Description:
Due to work commitments, I am selling my Cleair 175l tank in black. The tank and fish are beautiful and deserve somebody who has the time to look after them properly. The tank has a couple of scratches from previous owner and also a small piece of plastic that has cracked from the main stand (The piece is still with the tank, could just be glued back if you wanted). I paid £450 for the tank as it is with fish included (which was a bargain). I am willing to sell any fish separately (prices below), so if you do wish to by the tank and some of the fish have been sold, I will adjust the price accordingly. The tank is obviously a full set up and I also have other accessories that I will throw in with the tank. If I do not sell the fish separate, and you do purchase the tank, the fish need to go with the tank.
Within the tank I have:
3 x clown loach £2 each, 3 for £5
2 x common pleco (medium/large size) £4 each
4 x firemouth cichlid £3 each, 4 for £10
3 x silver catfish £5 each.
As well as these, I have a separate tank that has the following fish that I wish to sell (The tank is an AR-850 aqua one 165L which I am also looking to sell for the right price, contact me on the number below for information. I have somebody interested in the tank but they are yet to make an offer so is still up for sale). Again, any fish still within the tank will need to go with it.

As i said, The only reason for the sale is due to working commitments and will be very sad to see them go, but needs to happen.

The tanks and fish are collection only from the Redditch area, west midlands (I do have a few large tubs to help carry some water and fish which are included in the price of the tanks). I do advise to bring a couple of water butts to carry the remaining water as I don't have any at hand.
