I have some John Allan Aquarium Systems for sale, all in excellent condition and only four years old.
They are all anodised aluminium finish with silver doors. The approximate measurements of each bay are: 50” wide, 20” deep (allowing for pipe work), and 88” high plus a 12” removable header-board making it 100” over all.
Each bay consists of three tiers and a biological filter system below and 30w UV systems. The backs and sides of the aquariums are blue vinyl and are extended up to prevent losses from livestock jumping out.
The aquariums are around 48” long and divided as: three tanks on the top row, two tanks on the middle and bottom rows. Three of the units have undivided 48” tanks on the bottom row.
I have thirteen bays (systems) in total and three have Aquamedic protein skimmers. The systems operate on: Aquamedic Oceanrunner pumps and Fish Mate pond pumps. TMC UV’s. The heater brands vary.
There are also two 40” diameter hexagonal plant cascades, with integrated packing area and two silver Arcadia halide & tube canopies. This is a really useful unit as there is a large storage area beneath it which only contains the filter systems.
I have been very happy with the look and performance of these systems and would definitely buy John Allan systems again. When I purchased this gear new from John Allan I spent over £30K on it.
All the equipment has been drained, dismantled and put into storage, and is ready to go.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to open an aquatics shop and save a lot of money on kitting out.
I am not interested in selling a few bays to a few people; I am looking for one person to buy all thirteen bays. The plant cascades cannot be split as they are on an integrated base.
