Default Fish to give away

I have a pond that has got a bit overstocked, they are Goldfish and quite big.

2 reasons for giving them away , they are healthy by the way

1. I have too many for the pond i feel

2. I am selling my house and it is would be classed as a family home hence any potential buyers maybe off put with a stocked pond.

I live in the Milton Keynes Area so if anyone is interested they could email me, i think you should be able to from my profile as i have allowed members emails.

Sorry some people would just dump them or worse but i am a bit soft, i got upset when next doors cat managed to get my biggest goldfish.

Even though they are pond fish to me they are my pets and living creatures and cannot bear the thought of potentially a new owner coming in and filling in the pond fish n all, if you know what i mean.

Hope i have posted this in the right area as i am have just signed up here.

Thanks

Hey Teresa,

It's nice to see somebody looking for a new home for their unwanted fish rather them throwing them in a lake or similar.

There's quite a few people on this site I'd imagine would be interested in your fish.

Also might be an idea to advertise them on the classified board if you haven't already?

Although I help run a koi forum, I know that some of our members have goldies , so will pass your message on . Cudoss to you for remembering that although they are only goldies, they are entitled to be looked after.

Thanks for that Merlin. I am a bit obsessive about looking after my pets, Cats, birds or Goldfish they are all living animals
