Description:
Here we have one Trigon 350 aquarium complete with stand and everything required to set it up. This includes all water treatments, a 300 Watt heater, around 50 Kg's of gravel, rocks, plants, filtration (standard Juwel Jumbo and additional u/g filter with powerhead), Hydor pressurised CO2 system (with original electric diffuser and a glass / ceramic diffuser), nets, air pumps, air stones, power extension bars, timers and much much more - the list is almost endless.
Please note that the aquarium is trimmed in black with all hood flaps intact, all light units are fully functional (2 of the four tubes are new) and the stand which was originally black is now eggshell colour after being primed and painted (looks like new and looks 100 times better than the original black ash look !!).
I am selling this tank as I have upgraded to a monster Discus tank which came with all of the same equipment.
The tank is currently still heated and running (albeit without livestock) to keep the biomass alive in case the buyer wishes to retain some of the water (around 350 Litres) and the very matured gravel and filter etc. Apart from needing to be drained, the tank is now ready for collection from SN15 3TE.
Due to the weight and dimensions of the tank, two stong people would be required to lift it and I can confirm that the tank and base will fit comfortably into the back of an Astra Van - realistically, I think that this is the smallest vehicle that the item could be collected in in one trip.
I can provide a container for the gravel however the buyer would need to provide their own container(s) for any required water. I will also assist with loading into a vehicle if neccessary !!
I would imgaine that this setup is worth well over £1000 as the tank and stand alone retails for around £700 !! I'm open to sensible offers and will be listing it on ebay (on Friday the 4th of September) with a sensible reserve and a buy it now price in the region of £400.00.
