I have been using this on my 8000lt Koi pond to good effect, however I have changed to a gravity fed system and now this excellent compact filter is surplus to requirements. It has been a pleasure to use after upgrading from the old sponge filter system I used to use, no more smelly dirty hands cleaning all the cr..p out off the sponges. Only thing that makes this not perfect is the previous owner left the blower running without opening up the inlet valve, subsequently the blower body has sagged due to the heat build up. This did mean that some air escaped the body on the cleaning cycle. However I have fibreglassed around the fan and body to make a complete seal so this no longer effects the operation of the filter just the cosmetics.
