Young bettas HMPK Koi types

Description: I have some young bettas for sale. x10 for 25 (or 2.50 each). Ready to grow on. Collection only. About 120 for sale from several broods. Size 1 to 2 cm. You can take your pick. Unsexed.

Why grow on young bettas? Well, firstly, see the pictures of the parents !!!

These are rarely seen in the UK. They are HMPK (half moon plakats). Research advised. Medium fin bettas are much easier to keep as fins do not get as frayed and they are much more lively.

Furthermore, these are from parents that are koi mosiac types, with stunning colours. Great potential for colours and patterns. Aso, with koi bettas, colours keep changing over the weeks.

If you grow on a group of youngsters THEY CAN STAY TOGETHER AS A PERMANENT FAMILY. Yes, no need to seperate, even the males.

As a group growing together, you can then if you wish, select a male and female to breed from in the normal way. When you reintroduce them, just change around your tank decor and they should re-integrate fine.

The photos here are of the parents and th young ones.

Living at 77-80 f temperature. Feeding on decaps and bug bites plus live daphnia (which I culture). Best in a planted tank. The more you buy the better they get on (just iike in the wild).

Collection only, first to come can take their pick. Some already showing mottling. Mix of cambodian and normal body types.

A great fun and unusual project.

Reason for selling?
To spread the fun, plus I need the space to breed and rear my giant HMPK bettas.

Going on eBay soon, giving you guys first bite.
